Your Therapy Nook is a boutique child and teen therapy practice serving families in San Jose and the greater Bay Area. We support children and teens navigating anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, and family transitions through play-based therapy, attachment-focused work, and parent coaching. Our approach is collaborative and practical, helping parents better understand their child and continue progress at home. We also work closely with schools, pediatricians, and community partners to support the whole family system.
Our work is child-centered and collaborative, with parents actively involved through ongoing guidance and coaching. We focus on practical support that helps children regulate emotions and helps families navigate school stress, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. Referrals from educators, pediatricians, and community professionals are welcome.
